We love these questions! Belarus is known as a “potato country”, and this is true! Dishes from potato, which we call “the second bread” are very common in Belarus. The main potato meal is Belarusian “draniki” served with sour cream and yes, it’s really delicious! In fact the Belarusian cuisine is quite various, organic and healthy. Popular ingredients are meat, fresh and pickled mushrooms, fish, pickles, jams, etc.

Miaduha Restaurant. A new place in the centre of the city, a great number of Belarusian cuisine dishes. Wonderful food, nice stuff, modern design and reasonable prices. Good place to visit!
Vasilki (The Cornflower).You are very welcome to enjoy a traditional Belarusian cuisine and experience real Belarusian hospitality. Great food for a great price!
